It was a beautiful winter afternoon so Emily and I decided to take the Landy out a bit late in the day to catch the sun going down. Ordinarily this is our off-season but we were both free, so we headed over to Encombe to check out the ridge down to Kimmeridge.
Emily took this lovely shot through the windscreen as we were passing through the trees after leaving Kingston. It was late in the afternoon and the sun didn't have long to set so everything seemed to be bathed in this lovely lemon glow which lasted all the way down the ridge into Kimmeridge. The views of the spectacular Kimmeridge coastline with the Gad Cliff lit up in this same hazy lemon light were just fantastic.
